The Cycle Comfort Ritual Kit is NATURA FORJE’s signature comfort ritual, designed to bring together warmth, care, and a more elevated self-care experience during difficult days of the month.

Each kit includes:

• 1 body serum
  
• 1 box of 5 heat patches

The ritual is simple:

1. Apply 18 drops of serum into the palms of your hands
   
2. Inhale the lavender aroma deeply
   
3. Massage the lower abdomen with gentle circular motions
   
4. Allow the serum to absorb fully
   
5. Apply one heat patch to the lower abdomen
   
6. Enjoy up to 6–8 hours of soft, continuous warmth

Yes. You may return to the serum ritual throughout the day if it feels right for you.

The serum is designed to be used on the lower abdomen. If desired, it may also be applied to the lower back.

The heat patch is designed to be placed directly on the skin, on the lower abdomen, as part of the ritual.

It is thin, soft, and discreet, created to feel comfortable under clothing throughout the day. Once applied, you can dress as you normally would and continue with your routine with ease — the patch is intended to remain subtle under your clothing without interfering with how you look or feel.

For the most comfortable experience, we recommend using 1 patch per day.

If you feel you need a second patch on the same day, allow your skin to rest for a few hours between applications to help avoid temporary redness or mild sensitivity from prolonged heat.

A mild temporary redness may happen after using a heat patch. This can occur as a natural response to warmth and increased circulation in the area.

If your skin feels overly sensitive, remove the patch and allow the area to rest.

We recommend using each patch for up to 6–8 hours maximum.
