These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the NATURA FORJE website, online store, products, content, features, tools, and related services.

NATURA FORJE is operated by MUTUS FOS LLC, doing business as NATURA FORJE (“NATURA FORJE,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

Our online store is hosted and supported by Shopify, which provides the ecommerce platform that enables us to offer our products and services to you.

Please read these Terms carefully. They contain important information concerning your legal rights, responsibilities, warranties, limitations of liability, and dispute resolution.

By accessing, browsing, purchasing from, or otherwise using our Services, you agree to these Terms and acknowledge our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must not use the Services.

NATURA FORJE products are intended for personal, external use and must be used only as directed on the product label, packaging, and instructions supplied with the product.

Before use, you are responsible for reviewing all:

  • Usage restrictions.
  • Storage instructions.

Do not use a product if you are aware that you are allergic or sensitive to one of its ingredients.

Information provided through the Services is for general product and educational purposes. It is not medical advice and is not a substitute for advice, diagnosis, or treatment from a qualified healthcare professional.

Our cosmetic and personal-care products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent disease.

4. Orders and Acceptance

Submitting an order constitutes an offer to purchase the products listed in the order.

An order confirmation acknowledges receipt of your order but does not necessarily constitute final acceptance. We may review an order before accepting or fulfilling it.

We may decline, limit, or cancel an order for legitimate reasons, including:

If we cancel an order after payment has been successfully collected, we will refund the applicable amount to the original payment method.

Review your order carefully before submitting it. Cancellation requests are not guaranteed once an order has entered processing, been submitted to our fulfillment provider, or received a shipping label.

Purchases are intended for personal or household use. Products may not be purchased for unauthorized commercial resale, redistribution, or export.

5. Prices, Taxes, and Payment

Unless otherwise stated:

  • Prices are displayed in U.S. dollars.
  • Shipping charges are calculated separately.
  • Applicable taxes are calculated during checkout.
  • Discounts cannot be combined unless expressly permitted.

Prices, promotions, and availability may change without prior notice. Changes do not affect orders that have already been accepted, except where an obvious pricing or technical error occurred.

Payment processing is performed by Shopify and other authorized payment providers. NATURA FORJE does not generally receive or store complete payment card numbers.

Promotional offers may be governed by separate terms. If promotion-specific terms conflict with these Terms, the promotion-specific terms control for that promotion.

6. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping and delivery are governed by our Shipping Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms.

Delivery dates and transit times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may result from:

  • Carrier operations.
  • Weather.
  • Natural disasters.
  • High-volume periods.
  • Incorrect addresses.
  • Security reviews.
  • Events outside our reasonable control.

We will use reasonable efforts to process and ship orders within the timeframes communicated through the Services.

If we cannot ship an order within the promised or legally applicable timeframe, we will provide the options and notices required by applicable law.

You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Additional shipping costs caused by an incorrect or incomplete address may be charged to the customer where legally permitted.

Unless otherwise required by applicable law, title and risk of loss pass to you when the package is delivered to the shipping address provided with the order.

Contact us promptly if a shipment is:

  • Lost.
  • Damaged.
  • Incomplete.
  • Delivered incorrectly.

7. Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations

Returns, refunds, damaged-product claims, and cancellations are governed by our Return and Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms.

Products included in a kit must be returned according to the conditions established in that policy.

Submitting a return or refund request does not automatically guarantee approval. Requests remain subject to eligibility, inspection, verification, and applicable law.

NATURA FORJE is not responsible for the content, availability, privacy practices, or transactions conducted through independent third-party websites.

11. Relationship With Shopify

NATURA FORJE is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the ecommerce Services.

Sales and purchases made through our store are transactions directly between you and NATURA FORJE.

Shopify is not the seller of NATURA FORJE products and is not responsible for product fulfillment, customer service, returns, product quality, or claims relating to products purchased from NATURA FORJE.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, you release Shopify and its affiliates from claims arising solely from the sale, fulfillment, or use of products purchased directly from NATURA FORJE.

Nothing in this section limits rights or remedies that cannot legally be waived.

12. Privacy

Our collection, use, retention, and disclosure of personal information are governed by our Privacy Policy.

Because Shopify hosts our online store, Shopify also processes certain personal information related to your access, transactions, and interactions with the Services.

By using the Services, you acknowledge the data practices described in the Privacy Policy.

This license does not transfer ownership of your content to NATURA FORJE.

  • Any compensation or incentive connected to the submission has been properly disclosed.

Nothing in these Terms restricts your right to provide an honest review or opinion regarding NATURA FORJE, its products, services, or conduct.

  • Obscene.
  • Defamatory.
  • Infringing.

We are not required to remove a review merely because it is negative.

18. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

  • Every product will produce identical subjective results for every customer.

Some jurisdictions do not permit certain warranty disclaimers. In those jurisdictions, the disclaimers apply only to the maximum extent permitted by law.

19. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, NATURA FORJE and its affiliates, officers, employees, contractors, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, punitive, or consequential damages arising from the Services.

This includes, where legally permitted:

  • Lost profits.
  • Lost revenue.
  • Lost data.
  • Loss of business opportunity.
  • Replacement costs unrelated to the purchased product.

For claims not involving liability that legally cannot be excluded, NATURA FORJE’s aggregate liability will not exceed the amount paid for the product or order giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where exclusion or limitation is prohibited, including liability arising from:

  • Fraud.
  • Willful misconduct.
  • Gross negligence where applicable law prohibits limitation.
  • Personal injury or other liability that cannot legally be waived.

20. Indemnification

  • Transfer of the NATURA FORJE business.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Subject to any mandatory rights available under applicable consumer law, disputes arising from these Terms or the Services will be brought in:

  • The state courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida; or
  • The United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida, where federal jurisdiction exists.

You and NATURA FORJE consent to personal jurisdiction and venue in those courts.

25. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms to reflect changes in:

  • Our Services.
  • Products.
  • Business practices.
  • Technology.
  • Applicable law.
  • Regulatory requirements.

The revised version will be posted with an updated “Last updated” date.
